In the Change/Configuration Management area, our activities include developing the baseline design and Change Management Plan to managing changes throughout the life cycle, and configuration audits of everything from software, to equipment, to systems and vessels. By using commercial best practices and tools, we recommend changes to our customers, based on system impact, performance, security, cost, etc. We also help our clients determine the best time to implement the changes, and we assist in carrying out the approved changes, depending on our customer needs.
The impact of ILS is often measured in terms of metrics like reliability, availability, and maintainability. We strive to achieve a balance between Life Cycle Cost and operational availability to produce an ILS program that is successful. To do this, we support our customers by identifying and developing logistics support and system requirements, thereby helping to create systems that last longer and require less support, thus reducing costs and increasing ROIs.
