GBS works closely with Delex Systems, Inc., a leading producer of sophisticated and cost-effective training systems, to produce web-based simulations for crew and mechanical personnel that include:

Course-ware overviews
Orientation to the specific module topics
Actual simulations to test knowledge and response to various abnormal and emergency conditions.

GBS subject matter experts understand the systems and the challenges of the rail equipment and procedures. We work with our customers to develop detailed requirements documents and course-ware with the Delex team ensuring that all training principles are followed to produce the most effective training curriculum.
