MEDICAL
The GBS Group offers medical coverage available to the employee and their dependents. GBS covers 70% of the premium for health care insurance. Full-time employees may elect our comprehensive Anthem PPO plan, while Virginia employees may choose from our Anthem PPO or HMO plans. GBS pays 70% of employee and dependents premiums.
DENTAL
The GBS Group offers dental coverage available to the employee and their dependents, with access to the country’s most extensive network of dentists, including over 75% of all licensed dentists nationally. Currently dental care insurance includes 100% coverage for preventive care (checkups, cleanings) with additional dental services covered at 80% for routine care (simple extractions, sealants), and 50% coverage for major work (complex surgery, endodontics services) after a per person's deductible is met. The GBS Group pays for 70% of the premium for dental insurance. GBS pays 70% of employee and dependents premiums.
VISION
Vision coverage is available to the employee and their dependents and includes eye exams and lenses (or contact lenses) every 12 months and frames every 12 months. The GBS Group pays 70% of the vision care premium. GBS pays 70% of employee and dependents premiums.
LIFE INSURANCE & DISABILITY
Full-time employees are eligible for Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance and Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance. The premium for this benefit is paid in full by The GBS Group.
401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Each new full-time employee is eligible to begin making contributions to The GBS Group 401K plan 30 days following the first of the month after their start date. The GBS Group offers a matching contribution dollar for dollar up to 4% of the employee's salary. The IRS allows employees to contribute as much as $16,500 of one's annual salary to this 401K plan. This matching contribution percentage may be modified on a yearly basis.
PAID VACATION & HOLIDAY TIME
Full-time employees enjoy a generous time-off program that includes six paid holidays per year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July Holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). Full-time employees are also given 3 weeks of paid personal leave annually.
