Overview
In early November, three of our Federal Division Employees contracted as In-Service Engineering Agents to NSWCPD, traveled to Sasebo, Japan. Blake Vann, Daniel Lawrence, and Brendan Roberts were sent to perform a major control system migration. The Engineering Control System consoles and controllers received hardware and software updates, as well as a full groom of the steering and navigation control systems was performed aboard the USS Green Bay (LPD20). GBS ISEAs met with and discussed bridge watch standing philosophy with Japanese and US sailors in our continuous effort to provide our Navy with the best control systems we can build.
